BEHIND THE COVER

Every story has another side.

About the book

After eleven years of making the same ridiculous wish before bed, Daniel finally gets an answer from Tim, a surprisingly ordinary man with an impossible offer. One wish. Daniel asks for a new life. He gets one.

Now stranded in a world of magic, monsters, classes, and a System that has no idea what to make of him, Daniel should probably be panicking. Instead, for the first time in years, he is having the time of his life.

But everyone in this world already knows how magic works. At least, they think they do. Daniel's unusual class lets him look beneath the rules, ask inconvenient questions, and discover what happens when someone refuses to do things the accepted way.

Some questions lead to discoveries. Some lead to monsters. And some attract the attention of people who have spent centuries making sure nobody asks them.

Daniel wanted a new life. This was not exactly what he wished for. It might be better.
